Paracetamol is a mild analgesic and antipyretic, and is recommended for the treatment of most painful and febrile conditions, for example, headache including migraine, toothache, neuralgia, colds and influenza, sore throat, backache, rheumatic pain and dysmenorrhoea.

Different brands of this product have different uses. Some brands are used to treat minor aches and pains of the muscles/joints (such as arthritis, backache, sprains). Some brands are used to help relieve itching and skin irritation (such as due to sunburn, insect bites, or minor scrapes). Menthol is known as a counterirritant. It works by causing the skin to feel cool and then warm.

For the relief of pain, discomfort and inflammation caused by common mouth ulcers, cold sores, denture and sore spots, as well as mouth ulcers, and sore spots due to orthodontic devices.
